Melvine Smith

Melvine Smith is a seasoned finance and data professional with significant experience in various roles within the sports and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Data Analyst and Finance Manager at the International Paralympic Committee since August 2023, Melvine also holds the position of Finance and Administration Senior Manager at the Agitos Foundation since February 2020, where the focus is on developing sports activities for individuals with impairments. Prior roles include High Performance Rugby Coach at Hessischer Rugby Verband, and accounting positions at Trovan Ltd. and MP Tax Consultants, where Melvine managed key client accounts and supervised finance teams. A former professional rugby player with the Golden Lions Rugby Union, Melvine holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of South Africa, completed in 2010, and attended Scottsville Senior Secondary School from 1996 to 1999.
