Nael Ogden-Smith

Nael Ogden-Smith is the Partnerships Services Director at the International Paralympic Committee, where they oversee the implementation of partnership contractual obligations and assist partners in developing their Paralympic-related strategies. Previously, Nael held various project management and coordination roles, including Deputy Venue Manager for the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games and Account Director at Relay Worldwide. Nael started their career coordinating logistics for athletes with disabilities at the Beirut Marathon Association, contributing to accessibility and race safety. Their expertise spans sports marketing, sponsorship activation, and experiential program management.
