Richard Budgett

Richard Budgett currently serves as the Scientific Adviser to the International Paralympic Committee, where they provide strategic guidance on sport science and contribute to the development of research and classification strategies. They also hold the position of Medical and Scientific Director at the International Olympic Committee. Previously, they were an Honorary Fellow at Selwyn College, University of Cambridge, where they developed medical and scientific programs aimed at protecting the health of athletes during the Olympic Games.
