Fred Carter is a retired professional with extensive experience in privacy, technology, standards, policy, politics, and law. From 2004 to the present, Fred has served as a Senior Policy & Technology Advisor at the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario, where they developed and advocated for relevant policies. Currently, Fred is enjoying retirement while reflecting on their multidisciplinary career.
