Chetan Shah has over 20 years of work experience in various technical and managerial roles. Chetan started their career at Tata Telecom Limited as a Service Engineer, where they were responsible for installation, maintenance, and support of IVR systems. Chetan then joined Aeradio Technical Services as a Senior Engineer Telecommunications, where they provided technical support and pre-sales support for AVAYA products. Shah later worked at Avaya India Private Limited as a Technical Operations Manager, leading a team of technical engineers and providing exceptional customer service. Currently, they are employed at IPC Systems, Inc. as the Director Advanced Support Group - APAC & Country Manager, Malaysia. In this role, they are responsible for delivering world-class service to customers, managing a distributed team, and overseeing problem management and specialized installation projects. Shah has also previously worked as a Senior Operations Manager at IPC Systems, Inc., where they built a strong team and managed operations for India & Indonesia.

Chetan Shah earned a Diploma of Education in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the State Board of Technical Education and Training from 1992 to 1995. Chetan also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications from Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology from 1995 to 1998.
