Gary Gruber

Gary Gruber has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. Gary currently holds the position of Vice President, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Optimization at IPC Systems, Inc. In this role, they oversee global network engineering and cloud engineering designs and implementations for new products and solutions. Gary also optimizes business processes through automation and continuous improvement. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operational Readiness, where they introduced an operational readiness tracking system and standardized frameworks for ordering, implementing, and supporting products and services. Before that, they worked as the Director of Operational Readiness, establishing initiatives to ensure readiness for introducing new products and solutions. Gary also collaborated with various teams to implement operational readiness standards. Earlier in their career, Gary worked as a Product Manager at IPC Systems, where they outlined product design and operational support strategies for network services. Gary also held various roles at Endace, a Division of Emulex, where they directed the creation of a global support and professional services team, and at BT, where they managed the IP Support team. In addition, they worked as a Network Consultant at Global Network Technology Services (formerly Cabletron Systems) and as a Senior Project Manager at Cabletron Systems.

Gary Gruber attended DeVry University where they obtained an Associates degree in Telecommunication Management. Gary also holds various certifications including Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco. In addition, they have certifications such as Certified Support Professional II (CSP-II) and Certified Support Professional Manager (CSP-M) from Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), as well as a Support Center Manager Certification from HDI.
