Heike Stephan currently serves as the Interim Team Lead for EMEA Customer Success at IPC Systems, beginning in September 2022, and previously held the position of Customer Success Manager. Extensive experience includes roles in international customer service at Braskem and Trinseo, as well as a Business Process Specialist position at Techem Energy Services GmbH. Prior roles also encompass international customer service at The Dow Chemical Company, public relations at KfW, and internships at Promexico, the European Parliament, World Youth Alliance, and the American Council of Young Political Leaders. Heike Stephan holds a Master of Science in International Economics and Economic Policy from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
