Justin Lees is a veteran entrepreneur and technologist with over 30 years of experience in building and scaling IT service organizations for the financial sector. They co-founded one of Vancouver’s first Internet Service Providers at age 15 and established Solution Shop Consulting Inc. by 17, serving as its CEO. Currently, they lead complex IT deployments and communications infrastructure projects for major financial institutions such as RBC Capital Markets and CIBC World Markets. In addition to their ongoing role at Solution Shop, Justin serves as CEO of Opulis Connect and as Chief Technology Officer at Glass Bead Capital Management LLC, while remaining dedicated to modernizing IT operations for a variety of organizations.
