Leo Koutikas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Leo started their career as a Systems Engineer at Sikorsky Aircraft in 1998. In 1999, they worked as a Software Engineer at Eaton Corporation for a brief period. From 2001 to 2012, Leo held multiple roles at IPC Systems, Inc., starting as a Senior Software Engineer and progressing to become a Principle Software Engineer. Leo'sresponsibilities at IPC Systems included technical leadership, design, architecture, and development of various components in the Unigy product line, as well as ensuring interoperability with other vendors. From 2013 to 2015, Leo served as the Manager of Unigy Voice Applications, overseeing project management and software design for a team of developers. Leo then moved on to become the Director of Software Development, responsible for managing the Unigy Data Services team. Leo later transitioned to the role of Director of Architecture and Shared Services and then Director of Cloud Solutions Development at IPC Systems. As of May 2022, they hold the position of Vice President of Software and Voice Engineering at IPC Systems.

Leo Koutikas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Leo later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of New Haven from 2003 to 2008.
