Michael Gallitelli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network operations and technical support, currently serving as a GSOC Senior Analyst at IPC Systems, Inc. since January 2007. In this role, Michael leads a team providing 24/7 Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for financial markets clients, excelling in problem resolution and network monitoring. Previously, Michael held positions as a GSOC Voice Analyst and Tier 2 Network Technician within the same company, as well as roles at Westcom as Network Operations Manager and Technical Support Specialist. Michael began a career in telecommunications after serving in the US Navy from 1989 to 1997 as a Cryptologic Technician. Michael is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University, alongside certifications from Cisco Networking Academy and ongoing education from the U.S. Navy.
