Tim Richards

Tim Richards has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Tim served as the VP of Operations at IPC Systems, overseeing a team of regional managers and support staff. Tim also held the position of Head of Service Delivery at BT Global Services, managing a team of managers and service delivery personnel. Prior to that, Tim worked as the Director of Service Management at BT Infonet USA, where they provided lifecycle management for customers. In addition, they served as the Regional Service Director at Winstar, managing a team of service personnel and supporting national accounts. Tim began their career at Sprint as a Program Manager, responsible for the development and deployment of facility-based local service capabilities.

Tim Richards attended The University of Kansas from 1986 to 1990, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications.
