With 35 years of experience, they have demonstrated a commitment to people development, successfully mentoring leaders and guiding teams across various segments, including Ortho, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Respiratory. Prior to their current role, Sanjeev held positions such as Divisional Sales Manager at Alkem Laboratories Ltd. and Head of Pharma Division at Gufic Biosciences Ltd., where they were responsible for comprehensive operations across India. Sanjeev holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Lucknow.
