Ben Turner

Ben Turner has been in the workforce since 2003, starting with the US Navy as a Gunner's Mate. In 2009, they transferred to the U.S. Coast Guard in the same role. In 2014, they became a Business Owner at Computer Tutor VB, providing IT services such as network security, design, administration and troubleshooting, as well as computer repair and education. In 2016, they joined IPConfigure Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer, specializing in Video Management Systems and providing worldwide troubleshooting and resolution for different aspects of IPConfigure's Orchid Core and Orchid Fusion Software as well as Steelfin server hardware. Ben later served as Customer Support Manager and Director of Technical Services at IPConfigure Inc.

Ben Turner obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from ITT Technical Institute-Norfolk in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Network Systems Administration degree from ITT Technical Institute in 2014. Ben's educational background also includes certifications in CompTIA Network+ ce and CompTIA Security+ ce, obtained in 2016 and 2017 respectively. Ben Turner's educational journey began at Valley Stream South High School, where they attended from 1993 to 1999.
