Arash Nia has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Arash began their career as an Electrical Project Engineer at Rampco in 2006, working on engineering, construction, and maintenance projects in the petrochemical industry. Arash then moved up to the role of Electrical Project Manager at Rampco, where they continued to contribute to the growth and success of the company until 2009.

After working at Rampco, Arash joined Sonatrach, the largest oil and gas company in Africa, as an Electrical Project Manager. During their time there, they played a crucial role in the replacement of an existing power plant.

In 2012, Arash joined Lai Switchboards Australia as an Estimator/Project Manager, where they were responsible for estimating and managing various projects related to switchboards.

In 2016, Arash joined Schneider Electric as a National Custom Solutions Estimator. Arash held this position until 2018, gaining experience in providing custom solutions in the electrical industry.

From 2018 to 2021, Arash worked as a Business Development Manager at APS Industrial, where they had a key role in developing and growing the business.

Currently, Arash is working at IPD as a Business Development professional focused on infrastructure and defense. IPD Group is an Australian-owned company that markets quality global brands in the electrical industry.

Throughout their career, Arash has gained extensive experience in the electrical industry, specifically in areas such as power distribution, power monitoring, industrial control, renewables, and test and measurement. Arash has worked in various verticals, including power generation, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure, and sports and leisure facilities.

Arash Nia completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Azad University (IAU) from 1998 to 2003.
