Jeff Doughman

Jeff Doughman's work experience spans over several years, beginning in 2000 with WH Williams Sheetmetal Engineering, where they worked as a CAD & Production Engineer for five years. Jeff then moved on to Centa Transmissions Ltd in 2005, where they served as a Sales Engineer for two years. Following this, Doughman worked at Allightsykes from 2007 to 2008 as an NSW/ACT Sales Manager. In 2008, they joined HATZ Diesel Australia as a Sales Manager, a role they held for eight years until becoming the Business Manager from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, Doughman worked as NSW Manager at KOR Equipment Solutions for nine months before moving to Finer Power Transmissions Pty Ltd as a Branch Coordinator & External Sales for a year. Jeff then served as NSW Manager at Balluff Australia & New Zealand from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Doughman holds the position of Business Development Manager at IPD starting in April 2022, with the end date not yet determined.

Jeff Doughman attended Gilroy College from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained their High School Certificate. Jeff then went on to study at the Sydney Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1995, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. During their time there, they focused on subjects such as Thermodynamics, Finite Element Analysis, CAD Design & Drafting, and Air-Conditioning Systems. In January 1994, Jeff obtained an additional certification, a Mechanical Engineering Associate Diploma, from the Sydney Institute of Business and Technology (SIBT).
