Regina Bastos is a Portuguese lawyer and politician with extensive experience in leadership and teamwork across various political roles. They served two terms as a Member of the European Parliament and two terms in the Assembly of the Portuguese Republic, most notably chairing the Parliamentary Committee on European Affairs from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Regina held the position of Secretary of State for Health and has been active in municipal politics, including serving as Chairwoman of the Municipal Assembly in Aveiro and currently in Estarreja. Currently, they are the Vice-President of the Grupo Parlamentar do PSD and the Vice-President of the Advisory Council of IPDAL. Regina continues their legal practice while pursuing a degree in Law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
