With over 35 years in construction and project management, I currently lead multimillion-dollar projects as a Senior Project Manager at IPDC Construction Services LLC. Our team recently delivered a $84 million, 614-bed development, achieving $1.8 million in value engineering savings. My expertise encompasses design-build, permitting, budgeting, and strategic execution, ensuring efficient and high-quality outcomes for complex builds.
At IPDC Construction, we focus on mentoring teams, fostering innovation, and advancing construction practices that prioritize safety and process optimization. Licensed as a multi-state contractor and certified with a Six Sigma Green Belt, I am committed to delivering impactful, results-driven solutions that exceed expectations and enhance project value.
The biggest value we can provide is to build up people and teams for success in their future and careers. As I enjoy teaching, coach and mentoring people, I feel that my biggest success is building people up.
