Mathis Primdal has executive responsibility of leading the Group's Europe and South East Asia operations through its wholly owned subsidiary, IPE Triple Line Consulting Limited (IPE Triple Line).
Mathis has 20 years of experience in consultancy across the public and private sectors with significant experience in building business in Africa and Europe. As the Director & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of IPE Triple Line. he is responsible for overall management and oversight of business operations, strategic and operational business development, organisational development, client management and partnerships. He also holds executive responsibility for leading the Group's Europe and South East Asia operations. In his capacity of Project Director and Technical Consultant, he has worked closely with a range of multilateral development banks and financial institutions. Over the years he has accumulated extensive expertise in managing and directing large multi-sector, multi-country infrastructure reforms, development and financing projects, often in challenging settings, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, South Sudan and Yemen. He has also worked extensively with Government of UK's Department for International Development, the Danish and Swedish International Development Agencies (DANIDA and SIDA) as well as the French Agency for Development. Prior to joining IPE Global, he was Executive Director at ICF, responsible for the E&A International Development Division leading day-to-day operations targeting South East Asia and Africa.
Mathis Primdal has a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Strategy, Organisational Development and Leadership from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. He also has Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
