Andrew Palla is currently the Chief Growth Officer at iPerformX, where they drive strategic growth and business development initiatives focused on AI-powered adaptive training solutions. They previously served as the Chief Technology Officer at Vertex Solutions, leading the development of XR software and hardware solutions for the DoD. Andrew also held the position of Vice President of Operations at CU Aerospace, where they specialized in computational modeling and authored over 50 scientific publications. They earned dual AB degrees in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Chicago, as well as a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
