Jordan Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Starting in 1996, Thomas worked as a B-1 Instructor Pilot and Weapons Officer in the United States Air Force, accumulating over 2,200 flying hours in multiple assignments and deployments. Jordan then went on to work for the US European Command (EUCOM) as an International Political/Military Officer, managing security cooperation activities with various nations. In 2009, they joined the United States Air Force again as the Deputy Chief of Concepts Strategy and Wargaming, overseeing daily operations and leading a cost/benefit study on a proposed concept. Thomas also worked as the Deputy Plans Officer for the United States Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority, assisting in the transformation of the Palestinian Authority's Civil Defense forces.
