Randy Scanlan

Randy Scanlan has extensive work experience in the fields of program management, operations research, and functional management. Randy started their career as a Command Chief in the USAF in 2014 and has worked with the U.S. Defense Representative to Pakistan, U.S. Embassy, Islamabad as a Command Senior Enlisted Leader from 2016 to 2017. Randy then returned to the USAF as Chief, Enlisted Aircrew Assignments from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Integration Innovation, Inc. as MQ-9 RPA Program Manager; Virtual Training, Simulation and Gaming. Randy then served as a Program Manager at Vertex Solutions from January 2021 to August 2021. After that, they worked with Booz Allen Hamilton as an Operations Research Analyst, Associate from September 2021 to June 2023. Currently, they serve as a Program Manager, Pilot Training Transformation Performance Ecosystem at iPerformX starting from June 2023.
