Amanda Borges is a chemical engineer and holds an MBA in project management. They began their career as a technology and quality analyst at Gerdau from 2009 to 2011, followed by a role as a process engineer at Alcoa from 2011 to 2015. Amanda then worked as a project manager for quality assurance and certification at Chantier Naval Forillon Inc. from 2019 to 2021, before becoming the quality manager at RefPlus from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Amanda serves as the quality manager at IPEX by Aliaxis while continuing their education in chemical engineering at the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
