Carla Marett, an accomplished professional in quality assurance and food safety, holds certifications as an LSS Green Belt and LSS Black Belt. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Product Compliance for North America at IPEX by Aliaxis, Carla leads the Corporate Quality, Product Compliance, and Standards Team, fostering continuous improvement across extrusion, molding, and fabrication plants. Previously, Carla held various leadership roles, including Site Factory Laboratory Manager at Royal Canin, Director of Food Safety and Quality at Weston Bakeries, and Quality Assurance Manager at Mondelēz International. Carla's extensive experience spans multiple organizations, including Nestle Waters and Unilever, and is complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Microbiology, along with technical certifications in PLC and Lean Six Sigma.
