Dhruv Goyal

Dhruv Goyal, CPIM, has a diverse background in demand planning and supply chain management with experience across multiple industries. Initially, Dhruv completed a summer internship at Reckitt Benckiser, where significant cost reductions were negotiated. As a Demand Planner at Shalina Healthcare, Dhruv managed inventory for Nigerian and Ghanaian markets, overseeing 90+ SKUs and annual revenues of 40M CAD. Dhruv served as Demand Planning Lead at OCS Ontario Cannabis Store and held roles at SUN PHARMA as Manager of Supply Planning, responsible for managing complex supply chains for various dosage forms. With tenure at Elanco as Senior Assistant Manager, statistical demand forecasting was established for 12 markets. Currently, Dhruv is the Country Lead for Demand Planning at IPEX by Aliaxis. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management.
