Jeff Gallant

Jeff Gallant is currently the Vice President of Engineering Excellence and Health, Safety & Environment at IPEX Group of Companies, a role they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served in various leadership positions, including Vice President of Network Operations at Purolator and Director of Engineering at Purolator Courier, where they significantly improved operational efficiency and team engagement. Jeff’s career also includes experience as a Plant Manager at Maple Leaf Foods and multiple engineering roles at Michelin, showcasing their expertise in operations management and engineering. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Brunswick and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from NBCC.
