Matt Hamilton

Matt Hamilton is a Plant Manager at IPEX Group of Companies, bringing over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, primarily in plastics. They previously served as a Senior Lab Tech and Process Technologist at A.Schulman U.K., where they worked with masterbatch extrusion. Since joining IPEX in 2016 as a Production Supervisor, they have progressed through various roles, culminating in their current position. Matt's educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Trowbridge College and ongoing studies for a Labour Relations Certificate at Queen's University.
