Paul Gluard

Paul Gluard is a mechanical engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Processes at IPEX by Aliaxis. They have extensive experience in quality analysis, project management in engineering, and operational improvement, having held roles at Bimbo Canada, Philip Morris International, and Canam. Paul previously contributed to robotics design at Robocup ULaval and optimized a competition vehicle system with Alérion Supermileage. They earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Université Laval and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt in Continuous Improvement in 2023.
