Sinan Raoof is a seasoned professional in operational excellence, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at IPEX by Aliaxis and a Principal Consultant at Enso. With extensive experience leading teams in continuous improvement initiatives, Sinan previously held roles as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Johnson Controls and Manager of Business Improvement & Operations at Metrie, where significant cost improvements were achieved. Sinan is a graduate of Harvard with a Master of Management degree and has developed a strong foundation in change management and data-driven insights to enhance organizational performance.
