Steve Del Sole

Steve Del Sole, P.Eng, is the Director of Innovation at IPEX Group of Companies, where they manage product development projects and strategic initiatives. With a B.A.Sc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, they have previously held positions as a Process/Project Engineer at Sunwell Technologies Inc. and a New Product Specialist at IPEX. Known for building strong teams and fostering productive relationships, Steve focuses on delivering business value through innovation. Their leadership has contributed to over $50 million in new product sales and successful onboarding initiatives, even in challenging conditions.
