Arne Nowak is a finance allrounder with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as a Specialist for Corporate Planning and Management at SIGNAL IDUNA Gruppe from 2022 to 2024. Previously, Arne held various roles including Head of Finance and Teamlead Finance at VMRay, Senior Performance Controller at thyssenkrupp, and Senior Manager Project Finance at HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions GmbH. Arne has also gained experience in M&A analysis at valantic and served as an undergraduate teaching assistant at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Arne holds multiple advanced degrees in finance and management, including an LL.M. in Tax Science and an M.Sc. in Accounting and Financial Management, and is currently a Council Member of IPFA’s Germany Branch Council.
