Steven Steppe

Steven Steppe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Public-Private Partnerships, project finance, and financial modeling within sectors including infrastructure, renewable energy, and real estate. As the Director and Owner of Rebel since January 2007, Steven has also held positions such as Senior Advisor and Manager at pppconnect, and Fund Manager at EPICo since 2017. Additionally, Steven serves as Chairman of the Belgian Council of IPFA and is a Board Member of Rebel Americas. Steven has contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at Vrije Universiteit Brussel from 2018 to 2021. Early career experience includes project management at Egis Projects and advisory roles at the Vlaamse overheid - Kenniscentrum PPS. Steven holds a degree from KU Leuven and has a strong background in Latin and Mathematics from OLVE.
