Sal Fischer has over 35 years of experience in project finance and corporate advisory. Currently serving as the Global Managing Director and First Degree Independent Local Representative at ICONIC Project Finance since January 2014, Sal Fischer previously held the position of Director of Project Finance at China Merchants Bank from July 2009 to December 2013. Prior to that, from September 2005 to June 2009, Sal Fischer was the Senior Unit Manager of Project Finance at ICONIC Project Finance & Commercial Advisory (GB) and served as the Head of Project Finance at Crédit Agricole CIB for a significant portion of time from September 1985 to August 2005. Sal Fischer completed an MBA in Investments and Securities at The University of Manchester in 1981 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same institution, obtained in 1980.
