Kevin Pitout has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at IPFX since May 2021. Previously, Kevin held the position of Operations Manager at Pyrios from January 2013 to May 2021 and worked as Assistant Operations Manager at Agile NZ Ltd. between June 2004 and January 2013. Early in his career, Kevin served as a Senior Engineer and System Engineer in various capacities related to NICE Quality and Voice Recording, following his role as a Systems Engineer at Computability NZ Ltd. from 2000 to 2004, and as a Sales Representative at Need-A-Tool from 1995 to 1998. Kevin's educational background includes studies at Pinetown Boy's High School and IIE Varsity College.
