Dave Goodwin

Dave Goodwin is the Managing Director of IPG Photonics (UK) Ltd, where they currently oversee operations. Previously, they served as the Director of Engineering & Operations at Novanta Inc., managing both engineering responsibilities and UK manufacturing operations across multiple divisions. Prior to that, they held various positions at GSI and Cobham, demonstrating extensive experience in manufacturing and production engineering. Dave earned an MBA in Business Management from Bournemouth University and holds an HND in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Salisbury College of Technology.
