Diego Gaston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across multiple industries. At Lube-Tech, Diego served as Distribution Center Manager, overseeing the production and distribution of Oil Change Kits and lubricants, emphasizing safety and continuous improvement. Currently, as a Project Manager at IPG Photonics, Diego leverages expertise in project management. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Inno-Flex Corporation, responsible for production and safety at both Minneapolis and Juarez plants, and various managerial positions at Douglas Corporation, where significant contributions included the introduction of 3D CAD modeling.
