Lance Xie

Lance Xie serves as a Sales Manager at IPG Photonics, where since May 2018, management of key account sales in China has been a primary focus, ensuring stable sales for major clients. Previously, from September 2011 to May 2016, Lance held the position of Marketing Manager at Han's Laser Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd, successfully enhancing global brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives. Between June 2016 and May 2018, Lance was the Head of Marketing and Sales at Trotec Laser China, overseeing the establishment and management of a new subsidiary in Xiamen. Earlier experience includes serving as Marketing and Sales Manager at Orena Laser from May 2009 to September 2011, where Lance's product launch strategies led to a notable sales increase, and at Han's MP Laser Technology Co., Ltd. from March 2015 to May 2016, where comprehensive marketing efforts contributed to a substantial share of the market for fiber laser cutting systems.
