Tom Burgomaster

Tom Burgomaster has a strong background in finance and accounting. Tom has worked for IPG Photonics Corporation since 2006, where they currently hold the position of Vice President, Corporate Controller. In this role, they are responsible for managing corporate accounting, SEC reporting, FP&A, and technical accounting issues. Tom also oversees SOX compliance and the accounting departments in 20 foreign subsidiaries. Additionally, Tom assists with investor relations and corporate development activities.

Before joining IPG Photonics Corporation, Tom worked at Nypro Inc. from 1994 to 2006. During this time, they held the positions of Group Controller, Latin America, and Assistant Treasurer. In these roles, they managed financial operations in Latin America and played a key role in treasury management.

Prior to their time at Nypro Inc., Tom worked at Arthur Andersen from 1986 to 1994 as a Manager.

Tom Burgomaster attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 1982 to 1986. Tom obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting.
