IPG Wellness Services provides professional health, fitness, movement education, and corporate wellness services throughout Ottawa. Founded by Phil Hurtubise, IPG helps individuals, residents, employees, athletes, and physically demanding workforces move better, feel stronger, and build healthier habits through practical, personalized, and results-focused programming.

Our services include personal training, group exercise classes, outdoor bootcamps, custom exercise program design, athletic strength and conditioning, corporate wellness initiatives, educational seminars, injury prevention workshops, and movement education. Whether working one-on-one with a client, leading a group fitness class, designing a personalized training plan, or delivering an on-site workplace seminar, our goal is to make health and fitness accessible, enjoyable, and effective.

IPG also specializes in bringing fitness and wellness services directly to residential communities, workplaces, and corporate environments. Programs are tailored to different fitness levels, goals, schedules, and settings, with a focus on safe, supportive, and motivating experiences.

A key part of our work includes corporate health and wellness seminars and injury prevention workshops for teams in physically demanding jobs, including trades, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, moving, restoration, and general labour. These hands-on sessions focus on safer lifting, carrying, body mechanics, pre-shift mobility, movement preparation, activation, recovery, and simple strategies workers can use immediately on and off the job.

Led by a team with extensive experience in coaching, personal training, athletic development, injury prevention, group instruction, and client service, IPG Wellness Services is committed to helping people improve strength, mobility, confidence, performance, and overall quality of life.

Move better. Feel better. Perform better.
