Mike Elfner is the Managing Director of Technical Delivery at IPG Group, a role they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Professional Services and CEO Deputy at Quantis Information Management AG from 2001 to 2019 and held various project management positions at IBM and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Head of Business Consulting Alps at IPG Group and also took on the role of Managing Director for Switzerland and Austria. Mike’s career in project management and consulting began at Systor, where they worked as a Project Manager and Application Engineer from 1994 to 1997.
