Will Crompton

Will Crompton is currently the General Counsel at Parkwalk Advisors, where they lead legal operations and ensure compliance as the Compliance Officer. They have held significant roles at IP Group Plc, including Senior Legal Counsel, and have extensive experience advising on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital investments. Will began their legal career at Taylor Wessing as an Associate, specializing in corporate technology and international acquisitions. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law, followed by a Legal Practice Course with distinction at BPP Law School.
