Leonel Valentini

Leonel Valentini is currently a Board Member at iPh Digital. Prior to this, they were the Director of Technology at Colmena Farms from January 2018 until January of 2019. While at Colmena Farms, they implemented agile methodology using the potential of Jira. Leonel also oversaw on-premise implementations at customer sites while complying with all security protocols. Leonel's management skills were put to the test as they selected team leaders and methods for product evolution. Some of their notable accomplishments include managing 5 clients and teams of Web Java, Android, and iOS developers, graphic designers, QA, and functional analysts.

Before their work at Colmena Farms, Valentini was with IPH Digital for 10 years from May 2009 until January 2019. Leonel started as a software developer and was promoted to team leader after 2 years. After 4 years, they consolidated a team of 30 software developers and became the Manager of Systems. At the beginning of their time with IPH Digital, they focused on research and development as well as implementing task management tools. Each development was generated specifically for the client, so Valentini had to consult, survey, and specify requirements.
