Andrew Blattman

Andrew was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of IPH in November 2017.

Andrew has more than 25 years of experience in the intellectual property profession. Previously he was CEO of Spruson & Ferguson, the largest entity in the IPH Group. Andrew joined Spruson & Ferguson in 1995 and in 1999 he was appointed as a Principal of the firm. In 2015 Andrew was appointed CEO of Spruson & Ferguson. Under his leadership Spruson & Ferguson significantly expanded its footprint in the Australian and Asian IP markets – opening new offices in Melbourne, Beijing, Hong Kong SAR, Jakarta, and Bangkok.

Since Spruson & Ferguson’s incorporation and the listing of IPH on the ASX in 2014, Andrew has played a key role in the development and growth of the IPH Group. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of the IPH business and the environment in which the company operates.

Andrew is on the Board of St Paul’s College Foundation.
