Oliver Gasser

Oliver Gasser is the Head of Research at IPinfo, where they oversee research initiatives in the field of Internet measurements. Previously, Oliver led the Internet Security Measurements research group at the Max Planck Institute for Informatics and collaborated on various international projects as a postdoctoral researcher. They earned their Ph.D. in Informatics with highest distinction from the Technical University of Munich in 2019, where they also completed their Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees. In addition, Oliver spent time as a visiting researcher at the University of Sydney in 2017.
