Charles O'Hanlon is an experienced professional in software development and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Development Group Lead at iPipeline since July 2012, Charles has a strong background in designing and developing SaaS applications, particularly for processing life insurance and annuity applications using Agile methodologies. Prior to iPipeline, Charles worked as a Programmer Analyst II at Fiserv, where responsibilities included enterprise application software design and maintenance for credit union systems. Charles began a career in public service as a Police Officer with the Philadelphia Police Department from July 1990 to January 2007, where duties included patrolling high crime areas and responding to emergency calls, along with serving as the Director of the Wissinoming Police Athletic League. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from La Salle University.
