Oli Bowden has held various roles in sales and operations throughout their work experience. Oli started at Connexus UK in 2010 as an Operations Manager, where they managed a service and order management team and oversaw the delivery of complex communication projects. Oli played a crucial role in the assessment, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and implemented a new billing system. In 2015, they joined iPipeline as a Customer Operations Manager, and later became the Head of Customer & Sales Operations. Since July 2022, Oli has served as the Director of Sales Operations at iPipeline.
