Silviu Dragos is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience in cloud operations, customer support, and IT management. Currently serving as AVP Cloud Ops and Customer Support | Strategic Programmes Director at iPipeline, Silviu has successfully led transformative initiatives, including the Advance Underwriting Programme, enhancing service delivery in the Life Protection and Pensions sectors across the UK and EMEA. Previous roles include Operations Director at TCP LifeSystems, where Silviu managed client relations and IT operations, and Head of IT at Baha Mar, overseeing IT infrastructure for one of the largest Caribbean resorts.
