Jami Mitchell

Jami Mitchell is currently the Planning Director for North America at IPL, a position held since 2024. From 2018 to 2024, Jami served as the Director of Demand Planning at IPL, where they managed the Sales & Operations Planning processes for the US and Canadian Retail Packaging teams. Prior to that, Jami was the Demand Planning and Procurement Manager at IPL (USA), Inc. from 2014 to 2018, overseeing the implementation of key planning processes. Jami began their career in Quality Assurance at Plastic Enterprises Co., Inc., ultimately becoming the Quality Assurance Manager from 1997 to 2010. Jami holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Central Methodist University, earned in 1994.
