Paramjit Singh is currently the Head of Special Initiatives and Strategy at Montra Electric, a position held since 2024. Earlier, Paramjit served as an Advisor in Global Strategy & Operations at Gartner from 2019 to 2021 and worked as an Acquisition Manager at Vodafone Idea Limited from 2018 to 2019. They gained research experience as a Research Intern at NISCAIR in 2014, where they conducted surveys and interviews regarding the challenges faced by Indian S&T workers. Paramjit earned an MBA in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and holds a B.E. (Hons) in Electronics and Instrumentation from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
