Phillip Alexander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in bioinformatics and client engagement. Currently serving as Chief Relations Officer at IPMD, Inc. since December 2013, Phillip has also held positions including PR Director of Project M and Director of Bioinformatics, mastering FDA regulations and insurance billing. Prior to this, from October 2020 to July 2024, Phillip excelled as Customer Engagement Leader at PetSmart, enhancing client interactions with Emotion Detection AI. Phillip's background includes work as a Bioinformatics Research Analyst at the IUPUI Center for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, focusing on data mining for drug interactions related to cancer and preeclampsia.
