Rajesh Bhutra started their work experience in 2010 as a Business Development Manager at NCS Computech Ltd. Rajesh was responsible for sales of POS ERP - Fusional Retail in F&B, Retail & Chain of Stores, ERP for Educational Institutes and Hospitals. Rajesh managed a team across India and achieved a year-over-year revenue growth of 125%.

In 2013, Rajesh joined VIGYANLABS as the Vice President of Sales. In this role, they drove sales and business development of Vigyanlabs Patented IPM+ Endpoint management Solution Suite, Personal Edition (bulk deals), AI and IoT based IPM+ Unified Management Suite. Rajesh led operations, team and channel strategy, development and management, as well as key accounts management for large enterprise group companies and self-generated global accounts.

Rajesh Bhutra's education history is as follows:

Between 1987 and 1989, Rajesh attended Birla High School, where they obtained their Higher Secondary degree with a focus on Commerce.

From 1989 to 1992, Rajesh pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com(Hons)) degree at St. Xavier's College.

In 1990 and 1991, Rajesh studied at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, earning an ICWAI- Inter degree in Cost Management and Accounting.

In 2019, Rajesh briefly attended Indira Gandhi National Open University, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operation with a specialization in Global Marketing and Business Operation.

Starting in 2021 and expected to continue until 2023, Rajesh is pursuing an MBA in Information Technology & Systems Management at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), with a focus on Information Technology Project Management.

In addition to their formal education, Rajesh has also acquired a range of certifications. In 2002, they obtained the ECommerce Professional certification from 3wi Geneva Switzerland. In 2013, they completed a Distance MBA in Sales & Marketing from myBskool.com. In 2014, Rajesh earned several certifications, including a Six Sigma Certification - White Belt from Aveta Business Institute, a Diploma in Sustainable Development from Alison's University Ireland, and an E-Commerce certification in Introduction to Internet Marketing Strategies for Businesses from ALISON - Free Online Learning. In 2020 and 2021, Rajesh obtained certifications including Strategic Planning Foundations from LinkedIn and Writing to Be Heard on LinkedIn. Finally, in 2021, they completed the Fundamental of Digital Marketing certification from Google Digital Garage.
